These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the SaaS platform provided by:

The services are provided exclusively to businesses (§ 14 BGB). No consumer contracts are concluded.
WISNOTS provides workflow intelligence and AI monitoring software that enables organizations to analyze operational process data, system logs, and automation signals.
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective order form or individual agreement.
We reserve the right to further develop and improve the platform at any time.
To use the service, customers must create an account.
The customer is responsible for:
WISNOTS may suspend access if misuse or security risks are detected.

WISNOTS does not replace operational, legal, or compliance review processes.
When processing personal data on behalf of customers, WISNOTS acts as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The details are governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
All intellectual property rights in the WISNOTS platform, including software, algorithms, visualizations, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of WISNOTS GmbH.
Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the service during the contract term.
Customers retain ownership of their data.
Both parties agree to treat confidential information as strictly confidential and use it only for contractual purposes.
WISNOTS aims to ensure high availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
If specific uptime commitments are agreed, they will be defined in a separate agreement.
WISNOTS is liable without limitation for:
For simple negligence, WISNOTS is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The contract term and termination rights are defined in the respective agreement or order form.
Upon termination, access to the platform will be disabled. Data handling after termination is governed by the applicable agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of WISNOTS GmbH, to the extent legally permissible.
WISNOTS may update these Terms where necessary for legal or operational reasons. Customers will be informed appropriately.
