FAQ
What happens after we buy?
You get access to your own area and the address to send installations to. One email per installation with whatever you have: order confirmation, datasheets, site plan and so on. We check it, file with the responsible grid operator and take care of everything after that. In the dashboard you can see where every case stands at any time.
How do you file with the grid operator?
Through your entry. You store your credentials for the grid operator portal with us in encrypted form, we access them solely to work on your cases, and every access is logged. You can change or block that access at any time. Your registration and your responsibility remain untouched.
Do we need to obtain anything from the customer for this?
No. You remain the applicant, we work on your behalf. The relationship with the system operator stays with you, and no additional step arises for you.
Are we even allowed to send you customer data?
Yes. Under data protection law you remain the controller, we are the processor and act solely on your instructions. This is governed by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, which takes effect when you register. You do not need to sign or prepare anything for it.
Where is our customers' data held?
On servers in Germany; processing takes place exclusively within the EEA.
What if you get something wrong?
If the mistake is ours, we rework the case and file it again at no extra cost. What we cannot vouch for: the accuracy of the details that come from you or your customer, and the grid operator’s decision itself.

What if we do not have all the documents?
Send us what you have. If something is missing that only your customer can supply, we send you a ready-made message to forward. You do not have to work out what is needed, and you do not have to write anything yourself.
